Dear Customers, first of all we would like to thank you for your interest in our establishment.
The team of Plats Canailles de la Bleue Maison is looking forward to welcoming you.
A fee of €50/person will only be charged in case of no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time via our booking website.
If a guest cancels after this date, the fee remains payable.
Your cancellation will not be taken in account if it is made via our voice mail or Messenger.
You have the possibility to postpone your reservation free of charge.

HOTEL CONDITIONS* :
Dear Guests, first of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in our hotel. The whole team of the hotel Les Ardillières du Pont d’Oye is looking forward to welcoming you.
- Please provide us with your credit card details (VISA OR MASTERCARD) and validity date to validate your booking.
Cancellation policy :
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival (i.e. 15 hours 2 days before arrival), after which time we ask you to pay the amount of the first night.
- In case of no-show, we will charge the full amount of the reservation.
- No pre-payment is required. The amount will only be debited in case of no-show or cancellation

GIFT VOUCHER :
To collect your Gift Voucher, you can go directly to the hotel reception or make the payment (your Gift Voucher will be sent by post after verification of your payment or immediately if you send us the proof of payment via email).
