Yes. Our hotel, Les Ardillières du Pont d’Oye in Habay-la-Neuve, is open all year round.

We are closed for just two weeks in January, following the first week of the year.

Yes. Our gift vouchers are available directly on our website or at our hotel reception, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm, seven days a week.

They can be used for a stay, a meal at our bistronomic restaurant or a wellness experience.

You can book a table by telephone, by email or via our online booking system.

We strongly recommend that you book in advance, particularly at weekends and on public holidays, to ensure you get a table in our restaurant.

When making your booking, please do let us know about any special requirements (allergies, children, arrival time, dogs, etc.) so that we can ensure you receive the best possible welcome.

Yes. Our Myosotis suite has been specially designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility in the utmost comfort and accessibility, at our hotel located in the Anlier Forest in the Belgian Ardennes.

The toilets, bathroom and outdoor access points have been designed to facilitate movement and ensure that the spaces are easy and safe to use. The aim is to enable everyone to make the most of their stay in a natural and peaceful environment.

Our team is, of course, on hand to answer any questions or deal with any specific requests, to ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible.

The ‘Forêt d’Anlier’ package?
This package includes:

• 3 nights;
• A welcome reception with a house cocktail and savoury snacks;
• First evening: a three-course menu in our bistronomic restaurant;
• Second and third evenings: four-course tasting menu;
• Breakfasts;
• Access to the wellness facilities throughout your stay.

These packages allow you to fully explore the Anlier Forest, the Gaume region and the many tourist attractions on offer.

Our breakfast showcases local produce and homemade dishes, allowing you to discover the flavours of the region as soon as you wake up.

You’ll find a selection of sweet and savoury items, including pastries, bread, jams, artisan products, cold meats, cheeses and fruit, as well as hot drinks, fruit juices and our house sparkling wine to accompany your breakfast.

Breakfast is served every morning between 7.30 am and 10.00 am. Please let us know your preferred time when you check in so that we can arrange your service as smoothly as possible.

To make your stay at our spa hotel in the Anlier Forest even more special, breakfast can also be served in your room for an additional charge of €15.

Yes. Dogs weighing less than 25 kg are welcome at our hotel.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, dogs are not permitted in standard rooms. A blanket is provided in the room to ensure your pet’s comfort and to maintain hygiene standards.

There is an additional charge of €30 for bringing your dog. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog when you make your booking.

Yes. Free parking is available to our guests throughout their stay. We also have four charging points for electric vehicles.

Check-out is by 11.00 am on the day of your departure.

Rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of your arrival. Please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a late check-out if required.

Yes. All rooms at our spa hotel include access to our wellness area, which features a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Access is available to our residents from 9.00 am to 11.00 am and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

All our rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning and blackout curtains, ensuring optimal comfort all year round.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the estate, including in the guest rooms, communal areas, the spa and the outdoor areas near the main building.

Yes. Our hotel in Habay-la-Neuve has a family suite that can accommodate up to 4 people, as well as connecting rooms on the first floor. A cot is available free of charge on request. An extra bed can also be added for an additional charge of €25 per night.

Booking your table in advance ensures you can fully enjoy our cuisine and service.

To ensure you have the best possible experience, we therefore recommend that you make your booking as soon as possible, particularly for Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday lunchtime bookings.

Our restaurant Les Plats Canailles de la Bleue Maison is open from Wednesday to Sunday:

• Lunch service from 12 noon;
• Evening service from 7.00 pm.

We are usually open on public holidays (Christmas, Easter, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, All Saints’ Day, etc.). Please remember to book your table.

Yes. For the convenience of all users:

• Swimwear must be worn in the wellness area
• You must shower before entering the facilities
• A dry towel is recommended for the sauna
• The spa must be vacated by 11am at the latest in the morning and by 7pm at the latest in the evening.
• Please keep quiet throughout the wellness area

Yes. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in all rooms so you can make the most of your wellness experience. You can get changed in your room and head down to the spa or get changed in our changing room located in our wellness area. Shower gel and make-up remover are provided in the shower at our spa.

Our wellness area includes: a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi, a relaxation area, and complimentary water for your comfort.

This area is open to all guests at our hotel.

Yes. External visitors may access the spa subject to prior booking and subject to availability. If you are visiting our region or live in Gaume, Arlon, the Ardennes or Luxembourg, please contact us to check availability for access to our spa.
